Travel without border
A transport, logistics and consultancy group built around one idea: keep the file moving.
Our story
Alladin Express began as a travel desk arranging tickets for traders flying between Bujumbura, Nairobi and Dubai. Those same clients kept asking the harder question: who moves the goods, and who handles the papers?
Today the group covers four lines — air travel, container transport and logistics, business consultancy, and abroad-job support — with the document work kept in-house rather than farmed out. Our clients are traders, manufacturers, NGOs and families, and most of them come back because a file that stalls at customs is a file someone here is already fixing.

Questions we get before a first shipment
How fast do I get a quote?
Within one working day for standard routes. For a new corridor or unusual cargo we come back with a firm number in two to three days, once the carrier confirms space.
Does your price include customs and delivery?
Yes, unless the quote says otherwise. We quote to your warehouse door, with duties and the inland leg shown as separate lines so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Can you handle a shipment I have already booked elsewhere?
Often, yes. Send us the bill of lading and the arrival notice — we can take over clearance and inland delivery even when another forwarder handled the ocean leg.
Which languages do you work in?
French and English, in writing and on the phone. Documents are prepared in whichever language the receiving authority requires.
